About Colin McHale
I graduated Ohio University in 2009 with a BBA degree in Management Information
Systems and Management & Strategic Leadership. While at Ohio University, I
served on a number of different boards and councils in the College of Business,
and also created and developed the
Ohio Management Group.
My experience, schooling, projects, and internships have provided me with a solid
foundation for conducting in-depth business analytics to assess processes, people,
technology, and real estate.
I hold a GREEN designation from the National Association of REALTORs. Through achieving
this designation, I was trained in understanding what makes a property green, helping clients
evaluate the cost/benefits of green building features and practices, distinguishing between
industry rating and classification systems, listing and marketing green homes and buildings,
discussing the financial grants and incentives available to homeowners, and helping consumers see
a property’s green potential.
I am a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Microsoft Sharepoint 2007, and am also a
licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Ohio.
In June of 2009, I was awarded the Helebrandt Award for Outstanding Achievement as an
Undergraduate by the Management Systems Department at Ohio University.
